I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so it was a nice little relief that this showed up so fast. Shipping was way quicker than I expected, and there were no issues at all.

It looked really nice at first, but the taste just didn’t do much for me. I mean, it was sweet, actually, too sweet for my taste, and the flavor felt a little flat overall.

The chocolates were to look at, and the shipping was totally fine, but to me they just didn’t taste as fresh as I expected. They came across a little dry and kind of stale, which was disappointing for the price. Maybe I caught an off batch, but personally I was hoping for something a lot better.

I ordered this as a gift and it looked really fancy when it arrived. My aunt loved the tin, and the chocolates disappeared quickly lol. It made me look like I actually planned everything ahead.

I really enjoyed browsing Louis Sherry. It has this charming old-school luxury feel, but it’s still super easy to use and not overwhelming at all. The tins and packaging look so classy, definitely the kind of thing I’d be excited to give as a gift. Overall, the site feels clean, polished, and just fancy enough without trying too hard

Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I thought it would. Because of the delay, I was a bit frustrated at first. Once they replied, though, they were friendly and helpful enough. Just wish the response had been quicker

The chocolates themselves were nice, no complaints there!!! But the box showed up with barely any padding, and the tins were a bit dented... which was disappointing. For the price, I expected them to be packed way better!!

I’ll say this, the tin from louis-sherry.com is really nice. It has that classic, old-school look to it, and it feels solid in your hands. Definitely the kind of tin you’d probably hang onto after the chocolates are finished.

That said, the overall presentation didn’t wow me quite as much as I expected. It looked a little more polished online, and the one I received had a small mark on the tin. Not a huge deal, really, but yeah, I was hoping it would feel just a bit more special in person...

I tried the chocolates from Louis Sherry and thought they were decent overall. The texture was mostly smooth and soft, which I liked, but a few pieces felt a little too thick in my mouth, almost like they lingered longer than I wanted. Maybe that’s just me being overly particular, though.
The flavor was fine, and some bites melted really nicely, but others felt a bit heavy. I wouldn’t say they were bad at all, I just expected the mouthfeel to be a little more consistent for the price. Then again, maybe I’m judging them too harshly because they were still enjoyable.
